HANI RAMADAN
MANAGING PARTNER
Hani possesses over 18 years of experience in investment banking and private equity in New York, London and the UAE.
Prior to establishing BEYRIDGE, Hani was the Head of Private Equity at Waha Capital, a leading Abu Dhabi listed investment company. During his 9 years at Waha, Hani led strategic initiatives and managed the company’s most significant transactions.
Before Waha, Hani held an Executive Director position with the investment banking team at Morgan Stanley in London and Dubai, covering sovereign wealth funds and financial sponsors. Prior to that, Hani held the position of Vice President with the investment banking team at UBS in New York and London, where he primarily covered the industrials and transportation sectors.
Hani holds a Master of Business Administration from New York University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.
WISSAM DARWICHE
MANAGING PARTNER
Wissam possesses over 17 years of experience in management consulting and private equity.
Prior to BEYRIDGE, Wissam served as a Managing Director in Private Equity at Waha Capital. During his 9 years at Waha, Wissam led the company’s social infrastructure investment strategy, while holding responsibility for a wide portfolio of assets. He led several acquisitions at Waha and managed post-acquisition plans leading to successful monetization events.
Before joining Waha Capital, Wissam held senior roles with Booz & Co., Ernst & Young and PwC. While at Booz & Co., Wissam successfully managed a number of transformation strategy and implementation projects involving private and government entities.
Wissam holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.
